Are you ready to stop the rotten-tomato fight in your head?
Your inner critic is holding you back
Your inner critic is keeping you from doing what you really want to do – from enjoying some of the simple pleasures of life, all the way up to doing That Thing you know you’re meant to bring into the world. It has endless reasons why you’re not allowed, not good enough, not smart enough, and so on and on and on.
Your inner critic is also keeping you from being who you truly are, telling you that you’re too loud – too quiet – too this, too that, and again, on and on and on.
Any of this sound familiar?
- You can’t possibly ask for a promotion – you’re not qualified.
- You’re going to look stupid if you do that.
- You need to verify every single fact or no one will believe you know what you’re talking about.
- You haven’t earned a raise yet – don’t ask!
- What will THEY think if you do that / say that / wear that?
- How can you even THINK about spending time or money on yourself?
- And so on… and on… and on…
When you see it like that, you can tell it’s the voice of a bully. But when it’s in your head – it’s not so easy to ignore or make it go away, is it?
I get the frustration. I’ve been there. From asking for a raise to starting a business to having a loving, caring relationship, my personal regiment of inner critics has given me plenty of “you can’t do that – you can’t have that – what you want doesn’t matter” messages. There was this voice in my head that told me what I could and couldn’t do, who I should and shouldn’t be, right down to the correct way to fold my underwear. (Seriously.)
Those voices kept me from being as successful in my career as I could have been. And as a business owner, they keep me from serving the people who need my help.
The inner critic impacts everyone around us – friends, family, co-workers, everyone.
It keeps us from doing the things that matter to us and to the welfare of our families, our communities, and our world.
It keeps us from enjoying our lives.
There’s a ton of messages out there about how to change and create new habits.
There’s a lot of you gotta just do it talk about “adulting,” being strong, having willpower, going for what you want, and being determined.
And there’s a lot of you gotta just believe it talk about manifestation, the Law of Attraction, self-empowerment, and self-love.
There’s some truth in all of it, but you need ALL of it. Just-do-it doesn’t work without belief, and just-believe-it doesn’t work without action.
Plus, there’s an essential piece of information that’s left out: the actual neuroscience behind why change is difficult and how we make choices and decisions.
For now, let’s just say the brain is not naturally wired to embrace change, even as desireable a change as turning down the volume on the inner critic!
Managing your Inner Critic: how to stop the rotten-tomato fight in your head
I’ve taken the best from all the things I studied, learned, and developed for myself and with individual clients to create this program.
There are too many people – people like YOU – struggling with their inner critics. Struggling to live the life they want, and to have the career, relationship, and personal success they deserve.
(Yes, deserve. You can tell your inner critic I said so – and yes, I heard it say “wait, what do you mean deserve?”)
I want you to have the results my clients and I have experienced.
Including one client who credits this program with transforming her life. And people who know her agree with her – they can SEE and FEEL the difference!
You CAN develop the confidence to…
- Speak up for yourself.
- Ask for what you want – and get it.
- Be yourself in any situation.
- Nail presentations and speeches.
- Free yourself to succeed!
Module One – You and Your Rotten Tomatoes
Module Two: building new habits of thought and action
Module Three: affirmations – why they don’t work, how to create ones that DO work, AND what works even better
Affirmations are recommended by everyone from therapists to coaches to self-help books. Unfortunately, for many reasons we’ll explore here, they often don’t work and can actually make things worse.

Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the price so low?
I want to help as many people as I can. My programs are intentionally low-ticket, but definitely not low-value.
How long will I have access to the materials?
Forever! You have lifetime access to all course materials.
Do you offer personal support?
I offer one-on-one leadership coaching support to a limited number of clients. The first step is to schedule your Personal Leadership Profile session.
We’ll dig into:
- why you might be feeling at least a little lost and overwhelmed as a new leader
- what success really means for YOU (instead of what you’ve internalized from society, family, friends…)
- what you most want to be known for as a leader
- how to be 100% intentional about your career path and leadership journey
- a 30-60-90 day plan for moving closer to success
This is a 30-minute (at least) session; the cost is $25.
Can I email you with questions?
If you need technical support accessing the materials, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org.
For support actually using the course content and tools, please consider individual one-on-one support – it’s a far better option than email! See the previous question for how to schedule an initial Personal Leadership Profile session to get started.
Is there a guarantee?

If you watch the videos, do the journaling, and use the tools, and you don’t feel you’ve gotten value for your money, I’ll cheerfully refund your payment.
Just send me a photo of your journal within 30 days of your purchase, and I’ll make it happen.
