I never share email addresses, names, or any other client information without explicit permission.
My website sign-up forms allow you to enter your email address and your name so I can send you periodic emails including my blog posts, links to other resources I hope you’ll find useful, and occasional information about service or product offers. You can easily unsubscribe at any time simply by clicking the link at the bottom of the email.
Removing all your information from my files, according to GDPR regulations, is equally easy; simply notify me that you’d like me to do so, and I will.
Like most sites, this site collects information (log data) that your browser provides automatically. This includes things such as your IP address, browser type and version, statistics about pages visited, time spent, and so on. This information is unrelated to the sign-up forms (and quite frankly, I seldom look at my statistics!).
Cancellations ~ Rescheduling ~ Refunds ~ and Guarantees (oh my!)
If you’ve scheduled time with me and you need to reschedule or cancel, I expect at least 24 hours’ notice; if I’m travelling to meet with you in person, I expect at least one week’s notice plus payment of costs to reschedule or, if you’re cancelling, any non-refundable travel fees (air fare, hotel, etc.). Cancellations (rather than reschedules) may include a full or partial fee, depending upon timing and circumstances.
One-on-one time included as part of a program is additionally controlled by the terms of the program; please read the program page and your welcome email for details.
In-person workshops are non-refundable within two weeks prior to the scheduled workshop. Within one month (30 calendar days) prior to the workshop, 50% of your fee is refundable.
All online programs have individual guarantee policies; please read the Guarantee section of the program you’re interested for specific details.
I also understand that life happens. If it’s truly an emergency, let’s talk about it.
