For organizations ready to go beyond polished keynotes
How much did your attendees actually use from that last conference or workshop?
Most conferences are well produced.
Fewer are genuinely useful six months – or even six weeks – later.
My work is designed for leaders and organizations who want more than a moment of inspiration, but care instead about what people actually do differently once the applause fades.
This means practical frameworks, honest conversations, and the willingness to engage with real complexity – not just inspirational slogans.
I partner with organizations who want their people to leave with language, frameworks, and insight they can actually use – and who expect that they will.
I work best with audiences who are prepared to think, reflect, and apply – not just listen. This kind of work requires preparation, engagement, and follow-through.
If you’re looking for a speaker to fill a slot, this may not be the right fit.
If you’re looking for work that continues after the session ends, we should talk.
Grace is unlike any speaker that I have heard before. She was excellent at connecting change management and leadership to what we do. There is something unique and highly effective about her style – it occurs as teaching, coaching, and mentoring, not preaching.
~ Julie Derry, Owner / Executive Director, CarePatrol of San Diego
I’m your partner in creating an event that educates, entertains, energizes, and creates a lasting effect for your attendees.
Grace Judson’s presentation on “Change Leadership and the Emotions of Change” was a success at the OHIMA 2024 Annual Meeting & Trade Show, with 84% of attendees rating it a 7 or higher out of 10. Attendees found her insights on leadership invaluable, with one describing it as “very interesting and very helpful.” From a planner’s perspective, Grace was incredibly easy to work with, showcasing professionalism and a genuine passion for her subject matter. She seamlessly integrated her expertise into our event, leaving a lasting impact on all who attended.
~ Lauren Manson, RHIA, CAE, Senior Executive Director, Ohio Health Information Management Association
All programs include an extensive handout with prompts for using the tools and practices.
Hi, Grace. I love the emails and your follow-up. I’m recently promoted and I had a “watch party” for your presentation with my team. The timing is perfect as we’re navigating a change together. I figured why keep these great tools to myself!
~ BNW, Bloomfield New Jersey, conference attendee
In-person events include opportunities for one-on-one coaching consultations.
Topics
Advanced Communication & Conflict Resolution (with a bit of negotiation for good luck)

We’re supposed to “just know” how to communicate with others. After all, we can talk – we can write – so … we can communicate. Right?
Well, maybe.
But then, why is there so much miscommunication, and so much resentment over missed, unmet expectations?
In this session, participants work with communication styles, analyze how requests are framed and interpreted, and examine patterns that lead to misunderstanding and avoidable conflict. They’re invited to bring real situations and questions, which I use to respond in real time to the dynamics they’re actually facing.
This topic works best for audiences willing to examine their own patterns, not just learn new terminology.

Change Leadership: the people side of change management
Change is coming at us faster and faster.
Meanwhile, internal change initiatives often fail because of the resistance they evoke – resistance that’s glossed over, ignored, or steamrolled through.
In this session, participants examine how change creates uncertainty and anxiety and excitement and anticipation – and how those reactions affect decision-making, engagement, and follow-through. Leaders gain an understanding of how to reduce change fatigue and burnout, address resistance without steamrolling, and help people participate more fully in essential change initiatives.
This topic works best with leaders actively navigating change who are willing to examine both structural and human dynamics, not just manage implementation checklists.

Office politics: the elephant in the conference room
Oh, the perils of office politics … and how much we hate to play that game (and wish it didn’t matter)!
Yet when you shift your perspective and recognize what organizational politics actually involve – and what they don’t – you gain practical communication skills you can use without feeling manipulative or inauthentic.
This topic requires honest reflection and assumes real organizational complexity. Participants should expect to engage actively.
Because this work depends on in-room dynamics, it is offered only as an in-person session.

Grace is not only a great speaker but does it with a sense of humor and ease. She presents information in an easy to understand format and is very well versed in the subject matter. We learned techniques to better communicate with one another and gained a new perspective on empathy for others. We only wish there had been more time for additional discussion! We will definitely have her back again.
~ Michele Love, Marketing & Talent Development Manager, Benchmark Group
Grace is professional, articulate, and has a great sense of humor. I have had the pleasure of going to her workshops and always walk away with something that significantly helps me as an entrepreneur. She integrates her vast knowledge and experience with practical applications to make ideas clear and usable. I try never to miss any workshop she facilitates.

I work with organizations who value preparation, engagement, and follow-through.
If you believe this approach would serve your audience well, reach out via my contact page with a brief description of your audience, context, and goals.
If it looks like a fit, we’ll schedule time to talk. Not every inquiry results in an engagement, and that’s intentional and expected. Fit matters.
